The security of your health data
Your blood test is among your most sensitive data. Here are the concrete measures we take to protect it, at every step.
HDS-certified hosting, in France
Your blood tests and results are hosted exclusively in France, with a certified health-data host (HDS). They never leave that secure environment.
End-to-end encryption
Your health data is encrypted (AES-256) before it is stored, and every exchange is protected by HTTPS. It is never readable in plain text.
Validated by a medical biologist
Every recommendation is reviewed and signed by a medical biologist registered with the Ordre. The AI only produces a draft; the final decision always rests with a healthcare professional.
Anonymised before any AI processing
Before any automated analysis, your name, date of birth and every identifier are removed. Only your blood values are processed, and they are never used to train the models.
You stay in control of your data
You can edit your profile and delete your account along with all your data at any time. To exercise your other rights (access, portability), simply email us at dpo@rootyne.health.
